Virtual format

It is required: the latest desktop web browser, e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, current Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari (possible but not recommended), fast internet connection (10Mbit / s for smooth videos), speakers or headphones for the sound, full HD resolution (recommended): 1920 x 1080 pixels.

To ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible, we recommend that you check whether you have one of the following browsers on your Windows PC or MAC: Google Chrome (version 65 or newer), Firefox (version 60 or newer), Microsoft Edge (version 79 or newer), Apple Safari (version 10 or newer). If you do not have one of the versions on your Windows PC or MAC, we recommend that you download the current version of the browser mentioned above before the start of the event. Regardless of the browser type, you must allow cookies on your computer.

Yes, they are. Every participant receives their personal login data in advance by email. It is not allowed to pass on the access data or to share it with other people.

All talks of the symposium are going to be live-streamed. The Courses on Wednesday, the "Interaktiven Fallbesprechungen" as well as the parallel sessions for MTRA's and doctors in training are organized via Zoom. We do not transmit any personal data to Zoom. Please see Zoom's privacy policy here.

As usual, there will be a time slot for discussion at the end of each session with all involved speakers. You can ask your questions in writing by using the chat function. The moderator will address them to the speakers.

All presentations of the Symposium will be recorded. The recordings will be available for registered participants as on demand videos on the platform (precondition: Consent of the speakers) from 26. January 2022 until end of February 2022. It is not possible to download the videos.

Registration

Registration is open until 22 January 2022. When registering from 19 January 2022 onwards, please consider the following procedure: For the period between completing the online registration and logging in to the virtual platform for the first time, please plan at least one hour during the presence hours of the helpdesk. The opening hours of the helpdesk will be communicated here in due time. Full payment of the registration fees is a pre-condition to receive the login details. If you register for a reduced fee, please make sure that your proof of employment is filled. After completing the registration and receiving all the necessary documents you will receive your access data within 1 hour via email.

CME-Credits

You can only be accredited CME-Points, by participating in the live streaming of the symposium. As soon as the process of certification is completed, the exact amount of CME-Points will be communicated on the congress web site. Have the EFN or ÖÄK number ready when logging in to the virtual congress. Please note that you must be logged in for the whole day in order to receive the number of CME-points for the respective day. Your virtual attendance times, your login and logout times, are used as basis for the calculation of your CME-Points.

The certificate of attendace of the participation at the Aktualisierungskurs zur Fachkunde Strahlenschutz, Q1- and Q2-Kurse Herz CT as well as the Garmischer Prostata-MRT Workshop will be sent via e-mail. The certiciate of attendance of paritcipation at the Symposium as well the Interaktiven Fallbesprechungen will be downloadable on the platform after the congress.
